1.First sekali Ayam potong 4 jangan kecil sangat,biarkan besar,
kemudian rebus.Masa rebus letakkan 2 biji bawang sederhana biarkan sampai mendidih dan hingga ayam lembut.

2. keluarkan ayam letak dalam pinggan kosong kemudian ambil garam secukup rasa, sebuk lada hitam,dan serbuk jintan gaulkan dan salutkan pada ayam tersebut.setelah selesai letak tepi dulu




3.Hiris bawang dalam 2 labu kemudian goreng dengan minyak sapi hingga warna coklat,kemudian tapis atau tos bawang tersebut , letak di tepi atau pinggan lain.
3.ok minyak sapi yang sudah di tos tadi panaskan dalam kuali dan masukkan beras,beras tu bahagikan 2.separuh gorengkan beras tersebut dengan mnyak sapi hingga kekuningan,dan yang separuh lagi tu letak tepi.

4.ok setelah beras dah bertukar warna kekuningan keluarkan dan masukkan dalam rice cooker dan campur dgn beras yang separuh tadi.Masukkan air,sedikit bawang yang dah di goreng tadi,Serbuk jintan,Serbuk lada hitam , garam secukup rasa,minyak sapi dan last sekali air agak2 jangn bnyak sangat,supaya nanti nasi berderai:)

5.ok soup tadi yang hasil rebusan ayam,ambil tomato dalam 2 biji blend kan dalam blender hingga hancur dan masukkan dalam soup tadi....

6.kemudian ambil ayam tadi goreng guna minyak,pastikan minyak dah betul2 panas.goreng kan ayam bersama bawang.

last sekali, potong daun ketumbar hiriskan dan juga tomato letak dalam mangkuk,kemudian letakkan garam secukup rasa dan perahkan limau kasturi ....

That's a fanuus فانوس . And some refer to it with the specific: فانوس رمضان . The plural is فوانيس and فوانيس رمضان .

It's not for holidays, but for the month of Ramadan. Fanuus widely used in Egypt and from long time ago. It's mainly for children's play/fun .....and for street and home decoration. Some work places even have it. Of course, this is only during the month of Ramadan. It's become a symbol of the month, even though it has nothing to do with it. Fanuus in long time ago it was used to light the streets for people going to mosques for صلاة التراويح .



حكايه فانوس رمضان


من بين كل الدول الإسلامية، مصر هى أكثر الدول استخداماً للفانوس كتقليد فى شهر مضان. غالباً يعود هذا التقليد إلى العصر الفاطمى حيث كان الفانوس يُصنع من النحاس ويوضع بداخله شمعة، بعد ذلك أصبح الفانوس يُصنع من الصفيح والزجاج الملون، أما الآن فأغلب الفوانيس الحديثة تصنع من البلاستيك وتعمل بالبطاريات ولها أحجام وأشكال مختلفة. كان الأطفال فى العصر الماضى قبل انتشار الكهرباء يستمتعون بالفانوس حيث كان يستمتع كل طفل بالإضاءة التى يحصل عليها من فانوسه. كانوا يخرجون للشوارع بعد الإفطار حيث تكون الشوارع مظلمة إلا من أنوار فوانيسهم. كانوا يجتمعون معاً ويغنون بعض الأغانى مثل "وحوى يا وحوى"، ويستمتعون باللعب معاً أو يذهبون لزيارة أحد الكبار ليحكى لهم حكاية.




هناك العديد من القصص عن أصل الفانوس. أحد هذه القصص أن الخليفة الفاطمى كان يخرج إلى الشوارع ليلة الرؤية ليستطلع هلال شهر رمضان، وكان الأطفال يخرجون معه ليضيئوا له الطريق. كان كل طفل يحمل فانوسه ويقوم الأطفال معاً بغناء بعض الأغانى الجميلة تعبيراً عن سعادتهم باستقبال شهر رمضان. هناك قصة أخرى عن أحد الخلفاء الفاطميين أنه أراد أن يضئ شوارع القاهرة طوال ليالى شهر رمضان، فأمر كل شيوخ المساجد بتعليق فوانيس يتم إضاءتها عن طريق شموع توضع بداخلها.



وتروى قصة ثالثة أنه خلال العصر الفاطمى، لم يكن يُسمح للنساء بترك بيوتهن إلا فى شهر رمضان وكان يسبقهن غلام يحمل فانوساً لتنبيه الرجال بوجود سيدة فى الطريق لكى يبتعدوا. بهذا الشكل كانت النساء تستمتعن بالخروج وفى نفس الوقت لا يراهن الرجال. وبعد أن أصبح للسيدات حرية الخروج فى أى وقت، ظل الناس متمسكين بتقليد الفانوس حيث يحمل الأطفال الفوانيس ويمشون فى الشوارع ويغنون. وهناك قصة أخرى تقول أن الفانوس تقليد قبطى مرتبط بوقت الكريسماس حيث كان الناس يستخدمونه ويستخدمون الشموع الملونة فى الاحتفال بالكريسماس.




أياً كان أصل الفانوس، يظل الفانوس رمز خاص بشهر رمضان خاصةً فى مصر. لقد انتقل هذا التقليد من جيل إلى جيل ويقوم الأطفال الآن بحمل الفوانيس فى شهر رمضان والخروج إلى الشوارع وهم يغنون ويؤرجحون الفوانيس. قبل رمضان ببضعة أيام، يبدأ كل طفل فى التطلع لشراء فانوسه، كما أن كثير من الناس أصبحوا يعلقون فوانيس كبيرة ملونة فى الشوارع وأمام البيوت والشقق وحتى على الشجر.

Let me share with u

- Have dinner ready. Plan ahead, even the night before, to have a delicious meal ready on time for his return. This is a way of letting him know that you have be thinking about him and are concerned about his needs. Most men are hungry when they get home and the prospect of a good meal is part of the warm welcome needed.

- Prepare yourself. Take 15 minutes to rest so you'll be refreshed when he arrives. Touch up your make-up, put a ribbon in your hair and be fresh-looking.

- Minimize all noise. At the time of his arrival, eliminate all noise of the washer, dryer or vacuum.

- Be happy to see him.

- Greet him with a warm smile and show sincerity in your desire to please him.

- Listen to him. You may have a dozen important things to tell him, but the moment of his arrival is not the time. Let him talk first

- Don't greet him with complaints and problems.


- Don't complain if he's late for dinner or even if he stays out all night. Count this as minor compared to what he might have gone through at work.


- Make him comfortable. Have him lean back in a comfortable chair or lie him down in the bedroom. Have a cool or warm drink ready for him.


- Arrange his pillow and offer to take off his shoes. Speak in a low, soothing and pleasant voice.


- A good wife always knows her place.

استعداد Preparation

Getting married is indeed a grand affair. It happens to be one the most exciting and busy time in a woman’s life. Marriage also happens to be an occasion to fulfill many a dream a girl bears from the very childhood. Almost all girls wait anxiously for the moment when she will be the proud bride to be. Still, wedding is not just a matter of dream and imaginations.






Yum Yum Yum Tips

Eating well should top the list of dos. Include lots of juices and fruits in your diet. Tomato juice is good for the skin
Exfoliating the face and body should also be an essential in the beauty itinerary. Have a good face-scrub and use the scrub at least 3 times a week. It is better to scrub the dry areas such as your elbows, knees and heels often. After that application of Vaseline is mandatory.
Oil your hair every alternate day. It is wise to take multi-vitamins too.
Keep your nails beautiful by rubbing the cuticles with olive oil, as it makes them tougher, soft and supple
Adequate care for feet should also be taken. Go for pedicure sessions periodically.
Cinnamon & honey is extremely good for rough skin. Apply it and leave on for 20 minutes and then wash off. This will tone up the skin well.
Packs made of Besan, haldi, and lemon juice is good for oily skin. Make the mix and apply it on face. Leave on for 20 minutes and wash off.
Orange Juice attributes the skin with an added glow. Apply and leave on for 15 minutes until it becomes dry and then scrub-off.
Oatmeal and honey act as a great remedy for dry skin.

Hydration is an essential element for the brides to be. Drinking lots of water is indeed beneficial for a bride to be, as it reaps great effects in making you the bride glowing with health. Water helps in lowering the body fat; flushing out the cellulite, improving the digestion and also in getting rid of dark circles under the eyes and hence making you feel full.
Walk for at least 10 minutes a day and make it your routine. This in turn will help in metabolism and will keep you active.
Eat often but make sure to eat in small portions.

In the Malaysian tradition, the bride and groom are treated as "king and queen for a day". During the betrothal, the pre-wedding meeting between the bride and the groom's parents, the dowry that will be given to the bride is determined as well as the date of the solemnization. Berinai (henna application) ceremony is held prior to the wedding. The bride's palms and feet are 'decorated' with the dye from the henna leaves. Akad Nikah, which is the signing of the contract, is normally presided over by a Kadhi, a religious official of the Syariat (Shariat) Court. A small sum of money called the Mas Kahwin seals the contract. The recent trend is to hold the solemnization in the mosque as was performed during the Prophet Muhammad's (peace and blessings be upon him) time.


The United Arab Emirates (UAE)

As a tradition in the UAE, the setting of the wedding date marks the beginning of the bride's preparation for her wedding. Although the groom is also put through a series of preparations, the bride's are more elaborate and time consuming. She is lavished with all sorts of traditional oils and perfumes from head to toe. Traditionally, she is not seen for forty days by anyone except for family members as she rests at home in preparation for her wedding day. During the week that precedes the wedding, traditional music, continuous singing and dancing take place, reflecting the joy shared by the bride and the groom's families. Laylat Al Henna (literally, the night of the henna), which takes place a few days before, is very special night for the bride, since it is a ladies' night only.

On this night, the bride's hands and feet are decorated with henna. The back-to-back feasts and celebrations involve both men and women who usually celebrate separately.


Egypt

has been exposed to many civilizations, such as the Greek, Roman and Islamic ones. The marriage customs of Egyptians make it easy for a couple to get to know one another, for the families meet often. It starts by the suitor's parents visiting his fiancee's house to get her family approval to complete the marriage and reaching an agreement, which contains two main items: an amount of money, called Mahr, paid by the suitor to his fiancee?s family to help them prepare the furniture of their daughter and a valuable jewelry gift, called Shabka, given by the suitor to his fiance.
The value of this gift depends on the financial and social levels of the suitor's family. When the two parties complete the agreement, they fix an appointed date for the engagement party. When the house of the new family becomes ready, the two families fix a date for the wedding party. The night before wedding day, the relatives, friends and neighbors get together to celebrate "the Henna Night". The next day, the marriage contract is signed and registered. After sunset, the wedding party starts and the couple wears their best dresses and jewelry.
